Our jewelry pieces indicated as handmade may include different elements unique in its nature such as pearls, shells, gems, etc. Therefore, some of the pieces may appear slightly different from images on website.  

Each piece is carefully made and curated with lots of positive energy for you; please allow 2-4 days for product to be made before shipped.

The ESSENTIALS and WATER RESISTANT pieces are ready to ship unless indicated otherwise (out of stock or sold out)

USA

Standard and Expedited shipping via USPS calculated at checkout. FREE Shipping with minimum purchase of $60. (2 - 5 business days)

MEXICO

Envios desde $500MXN via Estafeta o FedEx. GRATIS en compras mayores a $1,500 MXN. (2 - 7 dias habiles). Favor de considerar un adicional de 3-5 dias para procesar su envio. Envianos un mensaje para cotizar tu orden. 

WORLDWIDE / INTERNATIONAL

Shipping via DHL. Shipping calculation at checkout. 

If your package is missing, we'll contact shipping carrier and with the best of our abilities try to locate your package. 

We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been given.

 

LOCAL DELIVERIES

Want to receive your package sooner? We offer local delivery at no cost to the following cities: McAllen, Edinburg, Pharr, San Juan,  and Mission. You will see this option at check out when entering your zip code. The zip codes we deliver to are: 78589, 78577, 78572, 78542, 78541, 78539, 78504, 78503, and 78501. 

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and delivery (this excludes made to order items that can take up to 4 business days). Deliveries are done after 5 p.m. Monday - Friday, and anytime Saturday and Sunday. We will contact you via SMS or email for order delivery. 

 

 

 

RETURNS

Please make sure you review product information thoroughly as well as images before purchase as we currently do not offer any product returns or exchanges.

We inspect our products carefully before shipping to you. However, if the products were to arrive damaged to its destination, we are happy to offer one of the following options within 5 days of purchase:

1. Fix it for you

2. Exchange 

3. Full Refund (only if we do not have the product in stock)

Additionally, we reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet criteria.

 

REPAIRS

We would love to hear you cherish as much as we do each of our unique hand-made COLLECTION pieces. We are happy to repair for you normal wear & tear. Please email us a picture for repair request to laurum.info@gmail.com to discuss potential options. If accepted, repair fee & instructions for shipping will be provided. 

 

WARRANTY

Every jewelry and accessories item requires basic needs and maintenance when worn. Our products are guaranteed for 30 calendar days for any manufacturing defects. The usage and care of the pieces is an important factor of the life of each of our products. 

 

We do not cover any shipping costs for repairs or exchanges.
